So it’s been on my heart for a while to create a brand and community that brings together all things Faith, Inspiration, Encouragement and Mental Health to positively influence people’s lives through Fashion and Lifestyle products…
After much deliberation on a name, I finally settled on Eunoia (u-noy-ah). Despite it’s questionable pronunciation at first sight, it’s meaning “beautiful thinking” and a “well balanced mind” resonated deeply with me. I’m a firm believer that everything starts and ends within our minds, as we are the navigators of our individual life journeys. From first-hand experience I know that when our minds and ways of thinking are unhealthy, then ultimately it can have a detrimental impact on other areas of our lives. That’s why inspiring a life of beautiful thinking and a well-balanced mind is so important to me.
Think “good”. Feel “good”. Look “good”.
I’m also an advocate for embracing the concept of a perfectly imperfect life, as well as acknowledging ourselves as perfectly imperfect human beings. We’re living in a time, where many people are striving to be and live perfect lives; as relentlessly portrayed through social media. However, at Eunoia London our perspective is that it’s perfectly okay to live an imperfect life because beautiful thinking and a well-balanced mind determine perfection on our very own individualised & personalised terms. Life is a series of journeys, and each journey is an opportunity for self-reflection and growth, all whilst having an abundance of fun along the way!
