I recently went on a spending spree intending to purchase a few products to update and refresh my skincare routine and make up bag!
Needless to say my trip was successful , so I thought I’d share my purchases with you 🙂
My first stop was clinique to see what foundations they had on offer . As the lovely Clinique consultant assessed my face, the very first product she recommended was their exfoliating scrub as she thought my skin needed a more grainy exfoiliant than the one I was currently using. I was slightly apprehensive as my only intention at the time was to spend money on make-up, so she gave me a sample to try and I was back a few days later to buy the full tube!

I was also after a matte foundation , especially for the hot summer weather (which is currently non-existent lol ) and ended up purchasing the Clinique simply perfect foundation in shade 52 alongside their pressed powder in Brandy.

I then popped into boots as I knew they were selling the Nip+ Fab Glycolic face scrub half price. It’s not a product that I have used before, but I was really keen to try it as one of it’s main ingredients included glycolic acid which is known to have a number of beneficial effects on the skin.

I also finally got round to trying some Nyx Produts now that they are now being sold in Boots UK. I purchased their pore filler , matte setting spray and matte lip cream in Monte Carlo.

And Finally I stopped off at Superdrug to purchase the B. Make up brush cleaner, to keep my make up brushes squeaky clean !
